Celebrating a Milestone and Welcoming a New Member

We are excited to begin the new semester with two important updates from the PI Lab at NJIT:

First, we are proud to celebrate Aayush Chitransh, who successfully passed his PhD qualifying exam! This is an important milestone representing not only progress toward the PhD but also the development of the knowledge and research skills needed to conduct independent research. Aayush has worked hard to reach this point, and we are very happy to see his efforts recognized. Congratulations, Aayush!

We are also excited to welcome Ali Jezzini to the Lab as a new PhD student in Engineering Science. Coming with experience in virtual reality and machine learning, Ali will be working in collaboration with Dr. Margarita Vinnikov and Dr. Saikat Pal on measuring human movement in virtual reality from minimal sensing. We are very happy to have Ali join the group and look forward to seeing where his research interests take him. Welcome to the lab, Ali!
